How long does shipping take?
Air freight is faster and suits urgent or lighter orders. Sea freight takes longer but costs less per kilogram, which makes sense for bulk or heavy items. We'll tell you the honest trade-off for your specific order.
Can you source the item for me, not just ship it?
Yes — that's most of what we do. Send us what you're looking for and we'll find it, buy it, inspect it, and consolidate it with the rest of your order in Yiwu before it ships.
Do you handle customs on the Ethiopian side?
